We offer free standard shipping within Peninsular Spain.

Elsewhere around the world, we offer flat rate shipping based on locations. If you would like the package faster, please select the designated shipping at check out. Our processing time is 3-5 business days.  Customer is responsible for taxes and duties on international shipment.  Costs may be subject to change without advanced notice.

Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we will send you the tracking information. Unfortunately, we cannot control delays due to the carrier or issues with delivery, lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to work with you to remedy the issue should a problem occur, however we are not responsible for costs incurred from lost, stolen, or return packages.
